Every 30th day of December the Municipality of Manaoag is hosting the celebration of death of our national hero Jose P. Rizal, with the cooperation of other government agencies like the Deped, PNP, Military troops, GOCC's, and other active groups who always supports our community. General Esplana and Board Member Ming Rosario accompanied our beloved Mayor Napoleon Sales to lead the celebration.
